What... what's happening? Uncle Laguna woke me up, but I've been sleeping off a long stretch of work today. First day off in 3 weeks! I'm tired... He mentioned something big was happening, sounded something like the Lunar Cry but hotter, but it's probably just him exaggerating. That bed looks really comfy right now... back to sleep for me. I'm sure it's not so bad really.
Things really got all kinds of crazy back on Spira. Rikku told us we were to go help her investigate something they'd found underwater, but didn't know what it was. It didn't take a genius to figure out it was a portal to the Chaos World, but I guess at this point in their time they'd never seen one before. Their world is still in crisis, after all. Once we'd figured out that this was a portal, we all volunteered to join Rikku in her task, in the hopes of finally getting back to the Chaos World after all these weeks, especially Steiner who has been stuck in Spira since the Compression.
Unfortunately, our plan to slip through the portal and leave Rikku in her own world as is expected in her timeline didn't go according well, as Sin chose to attack while we were in the water, bringing with it a thunderstorm that terrified poor Rikku. In an effort to escape Sin and the storm, she swam through the portal even before we managed to (she's a very fast swimmer), and we could do nothing but follow after her. We arrived in the crystal desert, and Rikku seemed perplexed but relieved. She seemed to like the desert environment.
After we'd all landed in the Chaos World, the portal began distorting and reshaping itself for a moment. Not stopping for breath, Beatrix ran back through the portal, and within seconds ran back out again, and simply told us it was not the where we came from. She apologised to Rikku and told her that she might be stuck in the Chaos World for the time being, and that she was welcome to stay with them if she needed to. Rikku acknowledged the situation, and simply asked if she could keep Beatrix's iPhone if she had to stay here. I guess they're gonna find a place to live in Prosperity now. Of course, the reality of the situation is the portal reverted to sending people to a post-sin Spira, but we couldn't really tell Rikku that. It seemed wrong somehow, even though it's a happy future for her.
On a higher note, it's good to be back!

It's been a long time since I've posted, but it seems that the Farplane is completely devoid of wireless connectivity of any sort, which isn't very surprising really. Initially, our search seemed hopeless. It was huge in there, and the enemies were strong. I was astounded at how well Beatrix was able to handle herself though! She just told me to stand back and pray, so I did! I guess she needed the HP and MP replenished constantly, but even so she was able to dispatch most enemies in a single strike with her Seiken arts!
After about 4 days of searching we finally found Mr. Steiner! Beatrix's plan really worked! I was going to wander off for a little while so they could have a little romantic reunion, but Beatrix just gave him a very quick hug, a peck on the lips and then said we had to get out as quickly as possible. She's a very practical person it seems. Thankfully with Steiner aiding our cause, we were considerably stronger and able to stave off the constant threat of enemies more efficiently. Steiner told us he had been here a month or so by his estimate, but due to the lack of a day/night cycle he couldn't be certain.
Initially we returned to the exit at Besaid, but we found it was closed off! Not just blocked off either, but non-existent, like it had never been there in the first place! We tried to break a hole, but nothing seemed to work at all, and eventually we had to move on and try other exits. We spent several more days searching for exits, but they also did not appear to exist. We were beginning to lose hope, but eventually we found one exit to the human world - the one at Bevelle. Beatrix told us all to hold hands as we exited so as to not get separated, and we jumped through the exit into the human world. Steiner immediately vomited violently upon landing on the ground in Bevelle, while myself and Beatrix felt a little dizzy. It was a strange sensation. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed any respite, as a large group of armed Bevelle monks faced us and were apparently convinced that we were Fiends or heathens, and weren't about to listen to us. Beatrix was quick to realise that our only option was to run, and the three of us charged through Bevelle's underbelly as fast as we could, cutting down only those directly in our way, but only wounding them. These people weren't in the wrong, so it would have been unfair to kill them.
After a couple of hours we finally managed to escape Bevelle and make it into Macalania forest, worn out and wounded ourselves, and I was all out of energy to heal people. We're now hiding in this clearing in the forest which is off the beaten path, and have set up camp here tonight. I volunteered to keep first watch, as Beatrix and Steiner have done most of the physical fighting and need a rest. I know for sure that Beatrix has barely had 10 hours sleep over the past week or so. So I decided to take this opportunity to keep everyone informed as to what has happened this past week. I keep hearing low reverberating tones and the ground/ice is trembling slightly though. It sounds like something huge is nearby, but hopefully it won't find us.

I guess I can't go and settle down at my new home just yet, although Prosperity seems like a nice place to live. It reminds me of Winhill, people do things for the community because they want to, like Uncle Laguna when he used to do a daily round of slaying monsters that were around the village to keep everyone safe.
Beatrix has asked me to help her get Steiner back by using my power to send her consciousness back into the past, inside Steiner's head, and she's giving me a vial of Terras Esperadis to do so. Interesting note - Terra completely ignored Jecht the moment he handed the vial he had kept in his pocket over to Beatrix. I guess the attraction was a kind of magnetic one to her own genes. Anyway, I'm kinda nervous about using this and hope nothing bad happens. I know what my powers are capable of if boosted and used as a conduit by a powerful sorceress, and I'm hoping there won't be any adverse effects as a result of this. We can but hope...
I'm currently heading to Zanarkand with Beatrix, because even with the Terras Esperadis, I don't think I can send someone's consciousness back in time to someone in a different world or dimension. I just hope for Beatrix's sake that it works, and she's able to persuade Steiner to do whatever he needs to do to get back.

Marche seems to be telling people where they are, which really helps a lot of people I'm sure! Wherever I am, I'm pretty sure it's not from my world, but it could be worse. I found myself in a town with very Asian-style architecture, with pagodas and an enormous statue of the Buddha carved into the mountain that overlooks the town. Thankfully the people speak English and are friendly, and have told me that I am in Wutai, although they have no idea how I got here. They just found me unconscious in one of the hands of the giant Buddha statue, and took me into one of their houses until I woke up. Some of the people here treat me with reverence, calling me the 'enlightened one' because of where I was found, but many others just go about their daily business. I told them that I appeared here because of some type of cataclysm brought about on the Chaos World that sent everyone in it to different worlds, and some people seemed to accept that.
It's certainly not as bad as some other peoples' predicaments, but I would like to be able to make a journey back to the Chaos world as soon as possible. Does anyone know whereabouts the portal into the Chaos World is from this planet?

This is a strange feeling. I'm sure we've all experienced a feeling of déjà vu at some point in our lives, thanks to me some more than others. But today I've just got this feeling like everything has happened before. In fact, I KNOW it's happened before, as I can clearly remember it. But only up to a certain point. Knowing what I did "yesterday", I'm able to make decisions based on my experience from last time. For example, I remember that Laguna had cooked up a new muffin recipe with Ward. When he asked me if I'd like to try it, I remember eating the muffin and feeling really ill afterwards. So today when Uncle Laguna offered me the exact same muffin in the exact same was as before, I decided not to eat it. After that point, nothing has been quite the same, and my memory of yesterday's events beyond the muffin decision has been noticeably different to today.
This time, Laguna somehow persuaded Jihl to eat one of the muffins in my place. She was impatiently tapping her cane against her leg, and looked like she was waiting for something, so she just accepted the muffin to keep Uncle quiet I think.
She's just been sick, and everyone's cleared out of the café. It just occured to me that Bikke hasn't appeared before Laguna like yesterday either. Did me eating that muffin change things? No wait, Jihl wasn't her yesterday either. Hmm... so many variables, my head hurts!
I think it must be because of my ability to send consciousness through time that I'm somehow able to remember things. I hope this same day doesn't happen 15,498 times or so.

Here's a petition to save Bikke! If we find him, we gotta protect him I say! I may only understand about half of what he was saying, but he seems a nice enough guy, especially for a pirate! Way nicer than the guys ransacking my work area for muffins...
So anyone in support of protecting Bikke, say aye! We never rat out one of our own, especially if he's done nothing wrong!
Last night was disturbing. I went to sleep as usual at around midnight, hoping to get in at a good 7 hours or so before tomorrow's day of work. At 4am, I woke up for whatever reason, but I'm glad I did (I think)! I heard breathing when I woke up , and when I turned on the light I saw some guy of about 19 standing in the corner of the room, just staring at me! He didn't even try to hide it when I turned the light on, he just carried on staring.
I shouted at the guy and told him the get the hell out of my room or I'd stab him with the knife I keep in my drawer. Before anyone asks, it's been a habit since battle royale week. He just smiled at me and said there's no need, he was just there to look at me, and went on to describe in detail how he likes every tiny, individual aspect of my body. I would say the same for him, but honestly he was really pale, and the fact that he broke into my house to watch me sleep pretty much destroys any attractiveness he might have had. I told him to get out and never come back, and he said he'd agree on one condition: I have to firebomb Jecht's store, since it's pretty wolf-centric. Apparently Jecht decided being a wolf was cooler than being a vampire, Fang... well she has the name for it, and Vanille just went along with what Fang did. He didn't know about Lani, but he reckoned a minimum of 4 wolves with only 1 possible collateral was worth it. So, that's what I've gotta do. Honestly, I don't want to hurt even Jecht, let alone the others, but I'll get stalked more and turned into an actual vampire if I don't. This war sucks. At least we don't have to specifically kill people like with BR week. No hard feelings if anyone gets hurt in the attack, I'll try and damage only property!
The vampire guy started leaving after I agreed, when I questioned something that had been bugging me.
"When I woke up, I heard breathing. But vampires don't breathe, so does that mean you're not really a vampire?"
His reply was unsettling.
"I am a real vampire, and I wasn't breathing", and then he jumped out of my window.
*shudder*
